When does your third trimester start in pregnancy??

The start of the 7th: The third trimester is the last 3 months of pregnancy. A normal pregnancy is 40 weeks ( rounded to 9 months) so the third trimester starts at 26- 27 weeks. Ob-gyns simplify that to 26 weeks.
