Get blood test: if you missed your period and are concerned the test was falsely negative, get a serum assay for pregnancy to definitively diagnose if pregnant.

Maybe: If you are pregnant, the test will be more distinctly positive after a few days. If there is any question, you can have blood levels drawn by your GYN.
