Last couple of days i've had awful back pain &lots of pain in my boobs mostly it's my left boob or nipple sensitive when anythin touches preg test neg?

We assume the two: We assume the symptoms can be related but it is hard to clarify why. The breast pain could suggest hormonal but if it is we need to clarify the cause of the back pain. I can't tell what that cause is and how it could be related hormonally. You physician will look at each of these with that perspective as well as other issues that are discovered during your evaluation.
