Is it ok to take probiotic and doxycycline together while trying to conceive?

NO: the 2 will are not contraindicated to take together, however, Doxycycline is category D and should not be taken when you are trying to conceive, so hold off on trying to get pregnant while on that medication, or see if your dr. can change to a safer drug while trying to conceive. Good luck.
