Yeah, happens: Assuming nothing WRONG like diarrhea (liquid leaking), malabsorption (fat leakage). The anatomy of the rectum varies a LOT in individuals and either shape (rectum not fully emptying, hemmorrhoids blocking things a bit) or more likely due to motion (spasm) things don't empty entirely perfectly. Anti-spasm drugs, constipating drugs, changes in fiber/diet. Frankly, really common. doubt it can change
