Liver: The liver is located in the right upper quadrant of the abdomen, immediately below the right lung/diaphragm. It is beneath the lower margin of the rib cage.

On the right side: Your liver is located tucked underneath your rib cage on the right side. There is a rare number of people with livers on the left but again that's very rare! Best of luck.
