Body hurts all over: If your body hurts all over it could be due to physical over-exertion. If you weren't active prior to the onset of symptoms, it could indicate activation of your immune system such as would occur if you have a viral infection, for example. If the symptom persists or other symptoms occur, go see your doctor for a check-up.
