It is ...: When your body is under significant and/or persistent stress you can experience all sorts of symptoms: referred to as somatic symptoms, these include things like headaches, fatigue, weakness, dizziness, joint and muscle pains, vomiting and nausea. The same can be said of associated symptoms with depression/mood disorders. Hopefully you can really focus on stress reduction. Best of luck.
