Likely not serious: Achy, non-severe pain in testicle or spermatic cord is common at your age. Probably condition known as "blue balls" or "lovers' nuts". Often caused by erotic reactions without release. This symptom can occur with a varicocele, whih feels like a "bag of worms" in scrotum when standing & goes when lying down. Severe, sudden onset testicular pains are ones which shouldn't be ignored.

This is a bit embarrassing, but Ive having a dull pain in my left testicle during ejaculation for the past week or so. Nothing hurts or feels/looks abnormal outside of that time frame. Could this be some kind of torsion?
