Depends: Do you have feelings for her? You must have at least made some entry level gestures. Does she love you or does she just want your cash, or security, or someone to help share childcare issues? Would she still want you if she had to sign a pre-nuptial agreement? Is there a significant age difference? So many questions. There are counselors for this as well.
