Chlamydia: Yes, it is conceivable that your infection created scarring and blockage of the Fallopian tubes leading to infertility, but there may be other causes. Your best bet is to see an infertility expert along with your male partner (who could be the problem), and have this investigated systematically. Good luck and hope this works out soon.
