No: Topical steroids are not absorbed enough, even with long term use, to cause adrenal suppression. Thus, no risk of adrenal crisis with their discontinuation. Make sure you are doing everything possible medication free (moisturizers/emollients/sunscreen) though to try and decrease use of the topical steroids for your eczema.
