No: A positive pregnancy test is caused by hcg, and there is usually lots of hcg in your system right after an abortion. Depending on how high the hcg level is, it takes time for it to disappear, sometimes 2-4 weeks. Your test will be positive until the hcg level gets very low, and all you can do is wait.

See a Doctor: You do not need a pregnancy test after an abortion. If you are bleeding more than you consider normal or having pelvic pain and cramps see a doctor. You may need an ultrasound to look for retained tissue.
