No: A positive pregnancy test is caused by hcg, and there is usually lots of hcg in your system right after an abortion. Depending on how high the hcg level is, it takes time for it to disappear, sometimes 2-4 weeks. Your test will be positive until the hcg level gets very low, and all you can do is wait.
