Vaginal discharge: It is common for the vaginal area to become moist when aroused. This is in anticipation of sexual intercourse. It helps lubricate the area. If discharge remains when not aroused or has an odor color or different than any other discharge I would see her doctor for an evaluation. I If a sexually transmitted disease is possible refrain from sexual activity until sure there is none

Yes: When aroused, you may produce liquids that make your vagina "wet" and more conducive to sex. Some secretions may be "white and creamy" and others may be more clear and liquid like, such as the Female ejaculation or "squirting."
