GI: This seems like a gastrointestinal issue. Maybe Irritable Bowel Syndrome? Make sure you're well hydrated as dehydration can cause constipation and hot flashes as you describe. I would also want your doctor to check your thyroid. A thorough history and physical exam by your general doctor is the next important step. Good luck!
