Yes, possible: Yes it is possible that you have twins but a urine pregnancy test only gives you a yes or no answer. In order to get a quantitative number you would need a blood test for HCG. Then when you are 5 weeks + few days pregnant you should be able to see the number of gestational sacs present in the uterus.
