Genital herpes: TYpically, genital herpes is painful and usually one will have several small "bumps" or clear fluid filled vesicles. It's not impossible that what you have is herpes, but unlikely. To know for sure you would need to have a swab of the lesion sent for lab analysis. However, I think it's rather unlikely.
