Insufficient info: It would be useful to be able to examine the "bug bite" site as well as the "lymph node". It would be prudent to see your doctor to have it evaluated.

Lymph node: Any inflammatory precipitant, such as a bite or infection or injury, can cause swelling of a lymph node. If there is a red streak above or below, or if you have fevers and chills, then you should see your doctor to see if the bite has become infected.
