Dermatologist: All normally-masculinized men lose the hair on our temples at age 20. Some of us progress, especially if we're naturally blessed with a lot of chest hair. Surgery or a topical medicine may be in your future, you may buy a baseball cap, or you can remember that 95% of a man's good looks is fitness, regardless of where he does or doesn't have hair.
