Albuterol OD: I don't think there is Albuterol OD per se. What you may end up with is side effects of which immediate ones would be tachycardia. You may experience some other ones over a period of time such as low potassium, etc.

Neb treatment : It is not a matter of how many treatments is over dose , it is your symptoms of nervousness and rapid heart rate and shakiness will dictate the definition of Albuterol overdose . Usually if you are using your Albuterol meters dose more than 3-4 times a week , you should be on inhaled steroid / Or Solmeterol combo . Consult your primary or pulmonary doctor for better management of your Asthma

Follow rx directions: first of all there are directions issued for all medications including inhalers and nebulizer treatments. these directions avoid overdose. If the amount prescribed isnt helping then a call to your doctor for further directions is required. Otherwise overdosing on these causes rapid heart rates ,agitation, jittery ,dizzyness.
