Yes: As long as you are not taking more than 3g (3,000mg) of Tylenol (acetaminophen) a day, you should be fine with taking it at the same time as citalopram. The concern is for liver damage, which is why I would not suggest more than 3g Tylenol (acetaminophen) daily or for a prolonged period of time.
