I take sotolol, cardizem, atacand, (candesartan) and clonodine for my bp & tachycardia. my cardiologist, nor my gp recommend exercise of any kind. 3rd opinion?

?: Are you saying they DO or they DON'T recommend exercise ? (can't tell from the wording of your question). Obviously they know details of your condition that aren't available to me, but generally exercise of some kind is recommended.
