Unknowable!: If it leaked and you are in cycle, pregnancy is possible. Get pregnancy test at a week and two weeks.

No: Condoms can have microscopic holes that you can't see, and when you were "checking it" the weakness site "popped". That is why you must always use secondary or alternative contraceptives with the condom at all times, because, guess what, they are not 100% effective and FAIL when used alone.
