Drink more water: Since your son does not have any pain,bleeding or discharge while peeing ,there is nothing to worry.He is passing little concentrated urine ,may be he is not drinking enough fluids .So give him more fluids like water, milk and juice and watch for urine color if still dark yellow then see your doctor to get his urine tested .
