Thigh sprain!: This sounds like a pulled muscle. Try gentle stretching, light activity, heat, and anti-inflammatories. Don't get discooutraged, this may take a while. If it gets worse, doesn't improve, radiates down the leg, or is accompanied by weakness or numbness, she should be seen.
