Probably not 4 MorF : Might or might not lessen or increase. Impossible to say because there would have to be a survey of men with normal retractile foreskins who had no problems with sexual enjoyment who were then circumcised & again had no problem. Such a group would be virtually impossible to find. Sex before has less friction if uncircumcised & more if circumcised & have longer enjoyment with less sensation
