Will lordosis go away after weight loss?

Not likely: Lordosis is an abnormal forward curvature of the lumbar (low back) or cervical (neck) spine. Weight loss will generally not correct this, but there may be specific exercises that could help, depending on the cause and degree of abnormality. Consider seeing your Dr to discuss this, and PT (physical therapy) if indicated.
