Very little: Liposuction is for small volumes of fat not huge volumes of fat. If you loose say 20% of your body mass then yes you could have some health benefits nut not from the quantity removed in a liposuction.

The short answer is no. Liposuction is an elective cosmetic procedure used to remove disproportionate fat. There is some evidence that large volume liposuction has similar benefits to weight loss, but this is at levels two to three times the recommended voluntary limit.
