Help docs! would it matter if roxicodone (oxycodone) 30mg is taken with or without food?

Doesnt matter much: the absorption and effectiveness of oxycodone is the only a little better with food in your stomach, and generally they can be taken without regards to meals. This is a high dose of oxycodone and should be used only in someone who has developed significant tolerance. It is the equivalent of what is in 6 usual oxycodone 5 mg tablets.
