Not the way you mean: If you don't normally exercise, then that's something you could do to keep your brain healthy. Evidence is accumulating that physical is more important than mental exercise in preserving cognitive function in later life. This whole big thing with keeping your brain healthy is WAY oversold. Just don't worry about it. Worry more about overall fitness. A healthy body promotes a healthy mind.
