RLS?: This may be an indicator of restless leg syndrome or other slepp disturbance. Ask your physician to send you for a sleep study if this is a recuurrent issue. There are several treatments if this is the casere.

Sleep Study: (as a dentist) i would recommend having a sleep study done- you may suffer from restless leg syndrome. The test results should help you find the answer.
