Can you suggest how to get rid of hypertrophic scars?

Scars: They are called keloid. They are best left alone. Local steroid injections would give you some relief but it will rebound. Plastic surgery may make it worse and not advisable.

Hypertrophic Scars: Hypertrophic or Keloid scars most commonly are treated with steroid injections. Other treatment are cryotherapy, interferon injections and sometimes with steroids topically in an occlusive tape form.
