Tips 4 healthy smile: This depends on what final result you are looking for? Start with the basics, brushing, and flossing. If that is not enough you can try tooth whitening. If that is not enough you can try possible bonding or veneers. It depends on the result you are looking for, and how much you want to spend? Usually brushing and flossing is enough for a healthy smile. Sparkling can require the other things.

Start: Start with and examination and professional cleaning by your Dentist to remove stains and accretions. Brush 2x/day for 2 full minutes by the clock w pea-sized portion of fluoridated toothpaste. Floss or WaterPik daily to reach areas that a t'brush can't. Avoid pigmented foods (coffee/red-wine/tea/colas/mustard/saffron/tomato-sauce/etc). Don't smoke anything. Don't chew ice/hard-candy.
