A member asked:

Does any doctor here know what turner's syndrome is?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Chromosome loss: The turner syndrome (xo) is a chromosome deficiency where there is a loss of one of the sex chromosomes. The presence of one female chromosome will dictate the sex of the offspring to be female, but without the second x there are a variety of changes to internal organs, intellectual development and growth that will show up as the kid grows.
