It can make basic day-to-day activities, such as eating, sleeping, working and study, very difficult. Child abuse & neglect can also effect your mental health, physical health, and your relationships with the people around you.bSurvivors are often out of touch with their feelings - and confused.

Psychological: Many survivors’ lives are characterized by frequent crises e.g. job disappointments, relocations, failed relationships, financial setbacks.Complex reasons, but for many survivors with internal chaos preventing establishment of regularity, predictability and consistency. Many survivors function in ‘crisis mode’, responding with stopgap measures which don't resolve the underlying issues.
