Swimming: Swimming is always a good workout , but to look like the collegiate or olympic athletes you may have seen on tv , takes more than just swimming . They put in a rigorous dry land regimen as well . As we all age , our desire to look like that doesn't change , but our ability does. Swim and enjoy the exercise but don't expect swimming alone to build muscle.
