Get evaluated: There are several things to consider in the differential diagnosis. Ulnar neuropathy is one of the possibilities that might trigger these symptoms. Other possibilities might me a cervical radiculopathy if there is neck pain or a lower trunk plexopathy if there is history of trauma. You might need to be seen by a Physiatrist or neurologist and an EMG shoulder be carried out.
