Not good: That is not good. Assuming you have been eating normally, get a bottle of Miralax (polyethylene glycol) from the store. Prepare and drink that. If that doesn't work, try a dulcolax suppository. If that doesn't work, get an enema kit. All of these are OTC. If the enema doesn't work, see your doctor or go to a clinic/hospital for further treatment. The longer it goes on, the worse it will get.
