Possibly!: You definetly have some irregularity. I would suspect that the periods you are having are not even hormonal and may be due to not releasing an egg. If this is the problem then you will have minimal chance of getting pregnant. I would see your PCP or fertility doctor. They can then determine if you are ovulating. You may be fertile, but not ovulating could be a major issue.
