Migraine: If tyramine problem=migraine, here is a list of foods that are rich in tyramine to avoid triggering headaches: chocolate, yoghurt, all cheese except cottage cheese, smoked/pickled fish/meats (inc herring, caviar, bologna, salami, pepperoni), liver, avocados, bananas, figs, raisins+ red wine.
