Bumps under eyelids: Bumps under eyelids can be due to: blocked meibomian glands which can be treated with warm compresses & lid hygiene (See eyedoc2020@blogspot.com); if bumps are on skin, could be skin tag, hidrocystomas, and other non-dangerous growths. See eyeMD or oculoplastic surgeon for evaluation.
