CDH: Chronic daily headache. Headache is a common disorder and represents a major health problem around the world. Daily headaches that last less than 4 hours are classified as short duration (e.g., chronic cluster, cph); daily headaches lasting more than 4 hours are classified as long duration and the term cdh.
