Stop doing that!: The symptoms you describe could be benign, or could be a sign of decreased blood flow to your brain, which can happen after aggressive manipulations of the cervical spine. Occasionally, people have had permanent loss of function, including movement, vision, and speech, as a direct result of chiropractic manipulations of the cervical spine so I do not recommend them.
