There is association: with Dupuytrens in the hand, Lederhose in the feet and Frozen shoulder. In the foot it is typically observed only , IN the hand there are multiple options depending upon the severity. Nodules or bus are not taken out, but cords that cause finger contracture can be treated, treatments include, surgery, a limited procedure called aponeurotomy and use of a injection brand name of Xiaflex (collagenase clostridium histolyticum). see handDr
