Scientific Rx: If it's confined to your face, there's a fair chance that topical benzoyl peroxide as tolerated will clear you, or you can try a retinoic acid derivative or a salicylic acid wash. If you're not clear in two weeks, your personal physician can add a prescription-strength Rx. Ignore all 'pop' ideas; acne is non-curable, non-lifestyle-related, hygiene and diet won't help & you can manage it.

Scientific Rx: If topical benzoyl peroxide has not cleared you in two weeks, get with your personal physician. He/she may be able to add a topical antibiotic such as clindamycin, a retinoic acid derivative, a systemic antibiotic, topical sprionolactone or some other rx. All acne is manageable nowadays. Take advantage of what the 21st century offers.
