No: If you had unprotected sex, you can't diagnose STD based on symptoms alone. Safest route is to get tested--most providers would test for gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, hepatitis, HIV and May be herpes

Unprotected sex: I would strongly suggest you go to the doctor to rule out an infection or an STD. And in the future wear condoms
