Sorry, I ended up: commenting instead of answering. As I said earlier, I have had some patient respond to Gabapentin for migraines but typically at higher doses, 1800mg or more per day. I typically prefer other medications over Gabapentin but I am assuming that you either failed or could not tolerate those medication? Less side effects than the medication that you are already taking.
