Virtually nil: Unless vasectomy site recanalized. This a very rare occurrence especially if he was checked 3 months after vasectomy & told no sperm were present in the semen.

Vasectomy: Assuming he went back for a sperm count and there were no sperm seen on his semenanalysis, the chances of his impregnating you are virtually zero. Did he go back for his semenanalysis 3-4 months after the procedure? If not, you do not know if he can impregnate you.
