Rectal Xame 4 coccyx: pain very diagnostic. Sounds gross but MD is able 2 grab the coccyx with the index finger in the rectum & the thumb on the outside. If this is done, and the coccyx is wiggled it would B very painful. I would get a 2nd opinion.
