Here are some ...: If you didn't reach orgasm / ejaculation, what you saw in the used condom could be just some pre-ejaculate or pre-cum fluid, which may still contain some sperms. Although what you did poses an extremely low likelihood - almost next to zero - to conceive, the risk to get pregnancy still exists; so, beware.
